Virgin Pineappletini

This mocktail works well for parties, when someone who was not drinking is needed to drive?! This simple recipe adds a tinge of sweet and sour to the traditional pineapple juice taste.

Serves: 1

Time: 3-4 mins.

Ingredients:

orange juice (¼ fluid oz., fresh if available)

simple syrup (½ fluid oz., pre-bottled)

pineapple juice (2 fluid oz.)

For dipping rim:

sugar, white

For garnishing:

pineapple (1 slice)

Directions:

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Pour orange juice, syrup and pineapple juice into shaker and shake it well.

3. Strain into sugar rimmed glass.

4. Garnish with slice of pineapple and serve.
